弱磁探测在材料科学、基础物理和磁强计等众多领域都具有重要的研究意义。由于金刚石氮空位(NV)色心的弱磁探测兼具高灵敏度与高空间分辨的优点,因此对利用Ib型金刚石NV色心系综进行磁检测的技术进行了研究。通过电子辐照并高温真空退火的方法制备了Ib型金刚石NV色心系综,并对其光致发光光谱进行了测试与分析;利用自主搭建的共聚焦系统成功检测了在不同微波功率作用下的NV色心系综电子自旋共振谱;测试并分析了常温常压中不同磁场条件下的NV色心系综电子自旋共振谱。结果表明,金刚石<100>晶轴方向的磁场使得NV色心系综基态的m_s=+1态与m_s=-1态的共振峰产生4.053MHz/Gs的能级分裂,利用此金刚石NV色心系综可实现4.98μT的弱磁检测。
Field weakening detection in material science, basic physics and magnetometer and other fields have important research significance. Because of the advantages of high sensitivity and high spatial resolution, the ND detection of diamond nitrogen vacancy (NV) centers of color has been studied in this paper. Ib type diamond NV color center ensemble was prepared by electron irradiation and high temperature vacuum annealing. The photoluminescence spectra of Ib type diamond ensemble were tested and analyzed. The autofocusing confocal system was used to detect the influence of microwave power NV color center ensemble electron spin resonance spectrum; NV color center ensemble electron spin resonance spectrum under different magnetic field conditions at room temperature and pressure was tested and analyzed. The results show that the magnetic field in the crystal axis of diamond <100> causes the cleavage of 4.053 MHz / Gs at the resonance peak of m_s = + 1 state and m_s = -1 state of NV color center. Ensemble can achieve 4.98μT of the weak magnetic test.
