通过不同的等温热处理工艺研究了7075铝合金组织的变化,并得到合理的半固态等温热处理工艺。结果表明:当保温时间相同时,随温度的升高,晶粒尺寸和球化程度均增加;当热处理温度相同时,晶粒的尺寸随保温时间的延长而增大,晶粒的圆度先减小后增大。用软件ImageProplus6.0计算出了晶粒的大小和晶粒的圆度,获得了晶粒大小、保温时间、晶粒圆度三者间的关系曲线。并将这些数据整理分析,用Origin7.5得到了晶粒大小与保温时间的关系式。
The changes of the microstructure of 7075 aluminum alloy were studied by different isothermal heat treatment processes, and a reasonable semi-solid isothermal heat treatment process was obtained.
