目的:探讨加味聚精食疗汤对少精、弱精症大鼠附睾中精子质量改善的作用机理。方法:50只SD大鼠随机分为5组各10只,除正常组大鼠外,其余大鼠均予雷公藤多甙(GTW)灌胃造模,其中造模组10只,造模结束后立即处死,鱼鳔组予加味聚精食疗汤灌胃,五子组予五子衍宗片灌胃,对照组仅予正常饮食,不予任何药物。结果:造模组的精子密度、a级精子及精子总活率(即a+b+c级)与正常组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);鱼鳔组、五子组、对照组的精子密度、a级精子及精子总活率与正常组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。鱼鳔组、五子组的精子密度高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);鱼鳔组的精子密度高于五子组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味聚精食疗汤能够较好的改善少精、弱精症大鼠附睾中的精子质量,提高临床疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of improvement of sperm quality in the epididymis of oligospermia and asthenospermia rats by Jiawei polyjing diet. Methods: Fifty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and 10 rats. All the rats except the normal group were intragastrically modeled with Triptolide (GTW), 10 of which were modeled and the model was completed. Immediately after the death, the fish and quail group were treated with Jiawei poly-fine diet soup and gavage. The Wuzi group was administered with Wuzi Yanzong tablets by gavage. The control group was only given normal diet without any drugs. Results: Compared with the normal group, the sperm density, a-level spermatozoa, and total spermatozoa survival rate (a+b+c grade) in the modeling group were significantly different (P<0.05); Yuyu group, Wuzi group, and control group The sperm density, a-level spermatozoa, and total sperm viability were significantly different from the normal group (P<0.05). The sperm density in the surimi group and Wuzi group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The sperm density in the surimi group was higher than that in the Wuzi group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified poly-decoction soup can better improve sperm quality in epididymis of rats with less sperm and weak sperm and improve clinical efficacy.
