目的制备欧巴代(OPD)包覆的药物控释系统OPD/SBA-15并观察其缓释作用。方法将肠溶包衣OPD包覆于负载了抗癌药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)的SBA-15介孔分子筛表面,制备药物控释系统OPD/SBA-15,并观察OPD/SBA-15在模拟胃液中(pH=1.2)和模拟肠液中(pH=7.5)的缓释作用。结果在模拟胃液中,OPD/SBA-15明显延缓5-Fu释放速度。在模拟肠液中,OPD/SBA-15对5-Fu释放速度影响较小。结论 OPD/SBA-15是一种良好的pH敏感型缓释药物载体。
OBJECTIVE To prepare OPD-coated drug delivery system OPD / SBA-15 and observe its sustained release. Methods OPD / SBA-15 was prepared by coating OPD coated with 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu) on the surface of SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves. OPD / SBA-15 Sustained release in simulated gastric fluid (pH = 1.2) and simulated intestinal fluid (pH = 7.5). Results In simulated gastric fluid, OPD / SBA-15 significantly delayed the 5-Fu release rate. In simulated intestinal fluid, OPD / SBA-15 had little effect on 5-Fu release rate. Conclusion OPD / SBA-15 is a good pH-sensitive sustained-release drug carrier.
