采用非晶态合金催化剂和磁稳定床反应器,对重整轻馏分油进行加氢,以生产新配方汽油组分。考察了各种操作参数对反应结果的影响,建立了反应器模型。结果表明,在磁稳定床反应器中进行重整轻馏分油的加氢,可使其苯含量从25.12%降到0.73%,达到低于1%的要求;同时具有空速大、操作条件相对缓和等优点。
Using an amorphous alloy catalyst and a magnetically stabilized bed reactor, the reformed light fraction oil is hydrogenated to produce a new formula gasoline fraction. The effects of various operating parameters on the reaction results were investigated and the reactor model was established. The results show that the hydrogen content of reforming light distillate can be reduced from 25.12% to 0.73% in the magnetically stabilized bed reactor with the requirement of less than 1% , The relative ease of operating conditions and other advantages.
