目的:了解增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferativediabeticretinopathy,PDR)、增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferativevitreoretinopathy,PVR)、视网膜中央静脉阻塞(centralretinalveinocclusion,CRVO)等患者玻璃体和血清中表皮生长因子(epidermalgrowthfactor,EGF)的水平。方法:放射受体法定量测定患者和正常对照组共67例玻璃体和血清中EGF的含量。结果:患者组玻璃体中EGF含量明显高于对照组(P<0.001),其中以PVR组含量最高;玻璃体切割液EGF水平低于玻璃体原液,反应60%~63%的原液水平,二者呈正相关。对照组和患者组血清中EGF比较,PDR组最高,其次为CRVO组,PVR组低于对照组。结论:EGF可能在这些疾病的病因病理中起一定作用;放射受体法是一较敏感定量检测EGF的方法
Objective: To investigate the levels of epidermal growth factor (EGF) in vitreous and serum of patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR), proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) . Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of EGF in 67 cases of vitreous and serum in patients and normal controls. Results: The content of EGF in vitreous body was significantly higher in patients than in control group (P <0.001), and the content of EGF was the highest in PVR group. The level of EGF in vitreous cutting fluid was lower than that in vitreous fluid, and the response was between 60% and 63% Was positively correlated. In the control group and the patient group, serum EGF was the highest in the PDR group, followed by the CRVO group and lower in the PVR group than in the control group. Conclusion: EGF may play a role in the etiology and pathogenesis of these diseases. Radioreceptor method is a sensitive and quantitative method to detect EGF
