目前,我国煤矿组织人事工作存在的问题主要有三点,一是人才招聘、任用和提拔机制不完善、不合理;二是人事管理比较松散,没有淘汰机制;三是部分组织人事干部能力不足。做好新时期的煤矿组织人事工作,首先要完善人才的招聘、提拔机制,严惩滥用职权的行为;其次向民营企业和外资企业学习,加强人事管理工作;再次,组织人事工作的相关人员要加强自身建设。
At present, there are mainly three problems in the coal mine personnel work in our country. First, the recruitment and appointment and promotion mechanisms are imperfect and unreasonable. Second, the personnel management is rather loose and there is no elimination mechanism. Third, some organizations lack the capacity of cadres.
