应用人工神经网络原理,采用误差反向传播方法,对紫外吸收光谱重叠的增效联磺片中的三个组分含量不经分离可同时进行测定 。磺胺嘧啶(SD)、磺胺甲口恶口坐(SMP)、甲氧苄胺嘧啶(TMP)的平均回收率分别为103.1% 、98.21% 、98.76% 。探讨了人工神经网络中网络参数对分析结果的影响。实验证明,人工神经网络方法应用在光谱分析中对复方药物含量进行测定,性能良好,结果准确。
Artificial neural network theory, the use of error back propagation method, the UV absorption spectra of the two components of the synergistic effect of sulfamethoxazole without separation can be measured simultaneously. The average recoveries of SD, SMP and TMP were 103.1%, 98.21% and 98.76%, respectively. The influence of network parameters on the analysis results in artificial neural networks is discussed. Experiments show that the method of artificial neural network is applied to the determination of compound drug content in spectroscopic analysis with good performance and accurate results.
