目的观察臭氧疗法对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗效果,并对其作用机制进行了初步研究。方法采用随机对照法将2012年3月至2013年1月住院的自愿接受治疗的糖尿病足患者50例分为臭氧组25例和常规组25例,分别对2组治疗20d后的临床疗效进行比较;每组各取10例,于治疗前和治疗后第11天取创面局部组织,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)的表达变化。结果①臭氧组总有效率(92%)显著高于常规组(64%)(P<0.05);②臭氧组治疗后创面局部组织中VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF表达显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧治疗可以上调局部组织中VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF表达,加速溃疡愈合,提高糖尿病足溃疡的治愈率。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ozone therapy on diabetic foot ulcer and to study its mechanism. Methods A randomized controlled trial was divided into 50 cases of diabetic foot hospitalized voluntarily from March 2012 to January 2013, divided into 25 cases in the ozone group and 25 cases in the conventional group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after 20 days ; 10 cases in each group were taken, and the local tissues were taken before treatment and 11 days after treatment. The levels of VEGF, TGF-β, Changes of platelet - derived growth factor (PDGF) expression. Results ① The total effective rate (92%) in the ozone group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (64%) (P <0.05). ② The expressions of VEGF, TGF-β and PDGF in the local tissue of the ozone group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group <0.05). Conclusion Ozone treatment can up-regulate the expression of VEGF, TGF-β and PDGF in local tissues, accelerate the healing of ulcer and improve the cure rate of diabetic foot ulcer.
