本文建立了用于模拟和分析直喷式柴油机缸内主要过程的一个轴对称二维数学模型。缸内气体运动和燃油空气混合过程利用任意拉格朗日-欧拉法(ALE)进行数值分析。其网格单元为任意四边形,且可按规定连度运动。燃油喷雾用气体射流模拟。用简化的亚网格尺度(SGS)湍流粘性来模拟湍流输运。燃烧和排放计算采用部分平衡流方法:燃料的氧化和NO形成用化学动力学公式计算,而组分的离解用化学平衡方式处理。计算结果与实验及其他文献的计算结果相吻合,表明本方法对于内燃机的设计和研究是一种很有潜力的工具。
In this paper, an axisymmetric two-dimensional mathematical model for simulating and analyzing the main process of direct injection diesel engine is established. Cylinder gas movement and fuel-air mixing are numerically analyzed using any Lagrange-Eulerian (ALE) method. The grid unit for any quadrilateral, and can be regulated degree of motion. Fuel jet gas jet simulation. Turbulent transport simulates with simplified subscalar scale (SGS) turbulent viscosity. The combustion and emissions calculations use a partial equilibrium flow approach: fuel oxidation and NO formation are calculated using the chemical kinetic equation, while dissociation of the components is treated in a chemical equilibrium manner. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental and other literatures, which shows that this method is a promising tool for the design and research of internal combustion engine.
