杭州汽车发动机厂是我国机械工业的骨干企业,全厂共有职工3400人。自去年6月到12月底,举办了14期“双基”教育脱产轮训班,共轮训职工1098名。此外,我们还采用“集中辅导、坚持自学、闭卷考试”的形式,轮训了具有大专以上学历的职工327名。这样,去年我们共轮训职工1425名,占全厂应轮训职工总数的46.67%。统一认识是搞好“双基”教育的关键我们认为,要搞好企业的“双基”教育,必须首先统一干部的认识,特别是党政领导的认识。为此,党委接连召开了支部书记会议和党委扩大会议,学习上级党组织关于开展“双基”教育的文件,围绕为什么要进行“双基”教育,由谁来组织实施,用什么方式开展等问题,展开了热烈的讨论,统一党政干部的认识。
