本文从剖析日、美、欧各国规范中,在有关影响焊接(圆)管结构节点极限承载力,所出现的多种因素基础上,通过已公开的各国试验数据,认真筛选出296个数据为依据进行了统计比较,并结合我国的材质、焊接工艺、制造水平,为满足我国新修钢结构设计规范需要,提出了适用于我国的管节点静载条件下设计承载力的建议公式。该公式概念明确,表述简洁,计算方便,具有较高的精度。
In this paper, from the analysis of the specifications of Japan, the United States, and Europe, based on the various factors that affect the ultimate bearing capacity of welded (round) pipe joints, we have carefully selected 296 data from the published national test data. Based on the statistical comparison, combined with our country’s materials, welding process, and manufacturing level, in order to meet the requirements of China’s new steel structure design specification, the proposed formula for the design of bearing capacity under the static load conditions of our country’s pipe joints is proposed. The formula has a clear concept, simple expression, convenient calculation and high accuracy.
