我校精心打造的校园文化。经过我们认真的思考,反复的推敲,将校园文化分成四个系列来设置,一是德育系列,二艺术是系列,三是科技系列,四是安全法制系列。校园文化内容的又一轮增设,进一步充分展现了校长办学思想,办学目标,办学理念都在与时俱进的的缩影;也蕴藏了东华人的精神和东华人的承诺,并引导着师生们用自己的心智,在每一天的学习生活中感受这种精神所带来的震撼和愉悦。学校文化是整个校园理性光芒的蒙蒙细雨,它会让任何生活在这其中的人在不知不觉中受到那种独特的情调和氛围的熏陶。通过校园文化的精心设计,精心雕琢,让教师明白在追求教育成功的过程中更要追求自身心智的完美,憧憬教育事业的美好;让学生领悟到做人的真谛,做事的细腻,做学问的神圣。文化展现的每一个景点的设计都富有深刻的教育意义,同时又充满了浓郁的文化艺术风味。约翰、杜威曾经说过:“所谓人的成长,就是在与环境相互作用的过程中不断更新自己。”我们的教师在与环境的对话中感悟了做人做事要讲究诚信、团结、合作、创新。学校文化是一所学校的存在方式,是一片肥沃的文化土壤,学校的每一个成员都会在自己的文化土壤中汲取营养;校园文化也是一种力量,一所学校的立足与前行,潜在于不同文化和不同特质,我们东华人将会全力打造文化,培养学校精神,提升办学品味,让学校成为师生的精神家园,心灵的栖息地。
