目的探索微波辐射对中枢神经系统影响的机理。方法以2450MHz微波理疗机为辐射源,在照射总剂量相同的条件下对LACA纯种小白鼠分别进行2d、7d和14d照射,照射强度均为5mW/cm2。结果照射组小鼠大脑皮层的单胺氧化酶活性均较对照组高(P<0.05);2d、7d组小鼠脑内去甲肾上腺素含量较对照组明显减少(P<0.001);各照射组5羟吲哚乙酸含量均高于对照组,其中2d和14d组显著升高(P<0.001)。结论微波辐射会使脑内单胺类神经递质代谢发生异常
Objective To explore the mechanism of microwave radiation affecting the central nervous system. Methods 2450MHz microwave physiotherapy machine was used as radiation source. The LACA purebred mice were exposed to the same total radiation dose for 2 days, 7 days and 14 days respectively. The irradiation intensity was 5 mW / cm2. Results The levels of monoamine oxidase in cerebral cortex of irradiation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The content of norepinephrine in brain of mice in 2d and 7d group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.001) The levels of 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in irradiation group were higher than those in control group, and the levels of 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in irradiation group were significantly increased at 2d and 14d (P <0.001).
