为研究无人机壳体的屏蔽效能,基于数值仿真软件CST建立了无人机外壳的计算模型,分析了电磁波辐照方向、极化方式对无人机壳体内部电磁场分布的影响,得到了无人机壳体的屏蔽效能随壳体材料电磁参数的变化规律。提出了使用频率搅拌混响室测试无人机外壳屏蔽效能的方法,给出了测试流程,构建了测试系统,验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明:混响室频率搅拌方式能够在无人机壳体内部得到统计均匀的电磁场,在1~10 GHz频段壳体屏蔽效能在8~10 d B,不同测量位置得到的屏蔽效能测试结果偏差小于3 d B的概率为94%。
In order to study the shielding effectiveness of the UAV shell, the calculation model of the UAV shell is established based on the numerical simulation software CST. The influence of the electromagnetic radiation direction and polarization on the electromagnetic field distribution inside the UAV shell is analyzed. UAV shell shielding effectiveness with the shell material electromagnetic parameters of the law. A method of testing the shielding efficiency of the UAV enclosure by using the frequency mixing reverberation chamber is proposed. The test flow is given and a test system is constructed to verify the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the reverberation chamber frequency mixing method can get a uniform electromagnetic field inside the UAV shell. The shielding effectiveness of the shell in the frequency range of 1 ~ 10 GHz is in the range of 8 ~ 10 dB. The deviation of the shielding effectiveness test results at different measuring positions The probability of less than 3 d B is 94%.
