本文从现代企业职工责任感缺失的现状分析着手,厘清了责任感在工作中的重要性,从建立并严格执行工作标准化流程、多形式加强职工责任心教育培训、增提升管理能力及修养水平、以积极向上的企业文化熏染人五个方面探讨了培养责任感的有效途径,从而提升职工综合素质,为企业贡献更大的力量。
