目前,地方高校培养的“职前教师”尚存在教学实践能力不强,缺乏有效的情绪管理等问题。这些问题说到底都与职业心理素质密切相关。培养符合市场需求的高素质教师已经成为教师教育专业课程改革的最迫切任务。本研究以卓越教师培养计划为背景,以小学教育专业大学生为对象,针对其当前的心理素质状况进行实证调查分析,并在一定范围内实施心理素质提升干预,探索培养小学教师积极心理素质的可行性策略。
At present, the “pre-service teachers” trained by local colleges and universities still have problems of poor teaching practice ability and lack of effective emotional management. Ultimately, these problems are closely related to professional psychological quality. Training high-quality teachers who meet the needs of the market has become the most urgent task in the curriculum reform of teacher education major. In this research, based on the excellent teacher training program, the author takes the primary education majors as the target, conducts an empirical investigation and analysis of the current psychological quality status and conducts the psychological quality intervention in a certain range to explore the feasibility of cultivating the positive psychological quality of the primary school teachers Sexual strategy.
