常规巷道钻机移动效率低,严重影响瓦斯抽采钻孔施工效率。钻机短距离快速移动装置的研制使钻机的移动速度得到了提高。由于该装置的偏心连杆式卡轨在现场频出问题,影响钻机的移送,为此研制了新型自锁式卡轨,并采用数值模拟方法对其关键部位进行优化设计分析。现场应用结果表明新型卡轨操作便捷、不宜损坏,更能适应井下复杂的工作环境。
Conventional roadway drilling rigs have low movement efficiency and seriously affect the efficiency of gas drainage drilling. The development of the drilling rig short-distance rapid moving device has improved the drilling machine’s moving speed. Due to the frequent problem of the eccentric connecting rod track in the field and the impact of the transfer of the drilling rig, a new type of self-locking snap track has been developed and the key parts of the system have been optimized and analyzed by numerical simulation. Field application results show that the new type of card rail operation is convenient and should not be damaged, more able to adapt to the complex underground working environment.
