目的:优选大青叶中有效成分4(3H)喹唑酮微波提取法的最佳工艺条件。方法:以4(3H)喹唑酮含量为指标,采用正交试验考察药材粒度(A)、提取溶剂浓度(B)、微波辐射时间(C)、溶剂倍量(D)4个因素对微波提取法结果的影响。结果:微波提取的最佳工艺条件为A2B2C1D1,即40目的药材粒度,用10倍量的50%乙醇微波辐射10 min。结论:微波提取法具有提取率高、提取速度快、能量消耗小等优点。
Objective: To optimize the optimum conditions for the microwave extraction of quinazolinone from the active ingredient 4 (3H) in Daqingye. Methods: Using 4(3H) quinazolinone as the index, the orthogonal test was used to examine the four parameters of medicinal material particle size (A), extraction solvent concentration (B), microwave irradiation time (C), and solvent multiple (D). The effect of the extraction method result. Results: The optimum conditions of microwave extraction were A2B2C1D1, which was the particle size of 40 herbs, and irradiated with 10 times 50% ethanol for 10 min. Conclusion: The microwave extraction method has the advantages of high extraction rate, fast extraction speed, and low energy consumption.
