用椭圆法研究了在1N盐酸溶液中含7~17%钼的Ni—Cr—Mo合金表面膜的生长过程。结果表明,表面膜生长遵从对数规律的Ni—Cr—Mo合金耐蚀性能良好,膜的成长速率随钼含量增加而增长,合金耐点蚀性能也随钼含量增加而有所增强。
The growth of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy surface films containing 7-17% molybdenum in 1N hydrochloric acid solution was studied by ellipsometry. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with the law of the logarithm of surface growth is good, and the growth rate of the film increases with the increase of molybdenum content. The pitting corrosion resistance of the alloy also increases with the increase of molybdenum content.
