目的:了解我院中药注射剂不良反应的情况。方法:回顾性调查我院2004～2008年药品不良反应报表,分析其中使用中药注射剂不良反应记录。结果:调研药品不良反应报表736例,其中91例为中药注射剂,占药品不良反应的12.4%,主要表现为变态反应,占52.7%。结论:临床上广泛使用的中药注射剂可能引起不良反应。应按中药注射剂临床使用基本原则,辨证论治,严格掌握功能主治。
Objective: To understand the adverse effects of Chinese medicine injection in our hospital. Methods: A retrospective survey of adverse drug reactions in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 statements, analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injection adverse reactions recorded. Results: 736 cases of adverse drug reactions were investigated. Of them, 91 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection, accounting for 12.4% of the adverse drug reactions. The main symptoms were allergic reactions (52.7%). Conclusion: The clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injection may cause adverse reactions. Should be based on the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injection of basic principles, syndrome differentiation, strict control of functional indications.
