在常压固定床反应器中,以生物质炭为原料进行水蒸气气化制取合成气研究。实验在温度800~1000℃和水蒸气流量0.083~0.285g/(min·g char)条件下进行,反应时间为15min,研究反应温度和水蒸气流量对生物质碳转化率、合成气产率及合成气组分的影响。研究结果表明:生物质炭水蒸气气化具有很高的反应活性,气体产率在0.40~2.97L/g之间;温度和水蒸气流量对碳转化率和合成气热值及组分影响显著;在反应温度1000℃、水蒸气流量0.285g/(min·g char)时,碳转化率达到最高值78.7%;气体产物主要由H2、CO、CO2和CH4组成,合成气热值在8.9~9.6MJ/Nm3之间,合成气中(H2+CO)在68%~80%之间,(H2/CO)在3.1~6.4之间。
