文中结合航空制造企业加工过程特点构建了生产系统能力平衡模型,阐述了能力平衡模型步骤及计算方法。通过对比生产系统内设备的固有能力与任务期内需求能力,给出了设备能力平衡评价指标。对于能力负荷失衡的情况,给出了相应的对策。最后,针对两家航空制造企业的机加车间的案例数据进行分析,验证了文中提出的模型的有效性和可行性,对航空制造企业能力平衡具有一定的现实指导意义。
In this paper, the capability balance model of production system is constructed based on the characteristics of the manufacturing process of aviation manufacturing enterprises. The steps and calculation methods of capacity balance model are expounded. By comparing the inherent ability of the equipment in the production system with the demand ability during the mission, the index of equipment capacity balance is given. For the imbalance of capacity load situation, given the corresponding countermeasures. Finally, the case data of the two aeronautic manufacturing enterprises are analyzed, which validates the validity and feasibility of the model proposed in the paper and has some realistic guiding significance for the capability balance of the aviation manufacturing enterprises.
