目的:分析117例常规放射治疗摆位中出现的误差。方法:通过对117例不同部位恶性肿瘤照射的全部射野在整个疗程中每周进行一次常规摆位监测,并拍摄射野验证片,共计1410野次,分析其原因并提出解决方法。结果:117例中神经系统肿瘤24例,鼻咽癌12例,胸部肿瘤39例,乳腺癌27例,盆腔肿瘤15例,摆位总误差率分别是18.46%,25.00%,16.96%,15.17%,14.55%。结论:造成摆位误差的原因最主要有患者活动度、体位及固定、激光灯及机械设备、治疗技师的素质及责任心等。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the errors in 117 routine radiotherapy setups. Methods: A total of 117 field radiographs of malignant tumors of different sites were routinely monitored weekly for the entire course of treatment. A total of 1410 field radiographs were taken to analyze the causes and to provide solutions. Results: There were 24 cases of nervous system tumor, 12 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 39 cases of thoracic tumor, 27 cases of breast cancer and 15 cases of pelvic tumors in 117 cases. The total error rate was 18.46%, 25.00%, 16.96% and 15.17% , 14.55%. Conclusion: The main causes of setting error are patient mobility, posture and fixation, laser light and mechanical equipment, the quality of the medical technician and sense of responsibility.
