介绍了光纤光栅的偏振模色散测量 ,并利用一段保偏光纤对光纤光栅的偏振模色散进行补偿 ,效果良好。在 4 0Gb s、6 0km光纤光栅色散补偿系统中 ,加入保偏光纤对光纤光栅的偏振模色散进行补偿前后的测试结果表明 ,误码率为 10 - 1 0 时 ,系统的功率代价由 1 2 1dB改善为 0 4 6dB
The polarization mode dispersion measurement of fiber grating is introduced and the polarization mode dispersion of fiber grating is compensated with a section of polarization-maintaining fiber. The effect is good. The test results before and after compensating the polarization mode dispersion of a fiber grating by adding a polarization-preserving fiber in a 4 0Gb s, 60km fiber grating dispersion compensation system show that when the bit error rate is 10 - 10, the power cost of the system is from 1 2 1dB improved to 0 4 6dB
