基于工作计划与岗位绩效管理信息系统的开发与实践主要研究研究创先指标和行动计划分解到以后,结合组织绩效工作、局层面督办工作、局专项工作计划等,将工作计划层层分解落实到岗到人的分解方法和过程,并通过信息化的平台来实现。通过系统建设将“工作计划”与“岗位绩效”有机结合起来,实现日常工作标准更高、更加规范,为员工绩效考核提供有力支撑。实现对日常工作的PDCA管理,提升管理精益化管理水平,促进创先工作落地。实现指标管理、绩效合约、绩效完成、考核辅导等通过信息化的平台进行统一、规范的管理,以便提高管理工作效率。
