由中国海洋工程学会与国家科委海洋专业组-学科组办公室联合召开的“第三届海洋能源利用学术讨论会”于1986年9月18日至21日在杭州举行,来自全国各地59个单位的97名代表出席了会议,交流了自1983年以来我国在海洋能利用方面的新进展、新成果、新设想,展示了我国海洋能利用领域的现状。代表们审议了国家科委海洋专业组-学科组组织编写的《我国海洋能利用现状和预测》初稿,并提出修改补充意见。
The Third Symposium on the Utilization of Marine Energy jointly held by China Ocean Engineering Society and the Marine Science Group-Discipline Group Office of the State Science and Technology Commission was held in Hangzhou from September 18 to September 21, 1986, with 59 units from all over China Of the 97 delegates attended the conference and exchanged views on the new progress, new achievements and new ideas our country has made in utilizing ocean energy since 1983, demonstrating the status quo of utilizing marine energy in our country. The deputies considered the first draft of “Current Situation and Forecast of Utilization of Ocean Energy in China” prepared by the Marine Science Group-Discipline Group of the State Science and Technology Commission and proposed to amend and supplement the opinions.
