笔者从1993年5月始在武汉市水果湖地区应用球形芽孢杆菌C(3-41)地方株制剂,进行大面积控制致乏库蚊的现场研究。结果表明,用3ml/m2球形芽孢杆菌C(3-41)乳剂,对大型致乏库蚊孳生地每10天处理1次,包括水塘、水沟、水槽及水坑;另用3g/m2块剂每月处理1次水缸和小容器等,可使幼虫密度下降38~99%,并能有效地控制成蚊密度和削平致乏库蚊成蚊的季节高峰。
From May 1993, the author applied the Bacillus subtilis C (3-41) local strain preparation to the fruit lake area in Wuhan City for field research on Culex pipiens pallenschuch as large area control.
