目的:探讨一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切手术的临床效果和手术方法。方法:使用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切手术56例,其中包茎12例,包皮过长44例。结果:手术简单、安全,时间短(6-10分钟),自动缝合,出血少,切口整齐美观。结论:一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮环切手术是一种操作简单、安全、微创、并发症少的手术,除价格稍高外,其余各方面均优于传统包皮环切手术,值得推广和应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects and surgical methods of circumcision circumcision with one-off circumcision. Methods: One-off circumcision suture circumcision circumcision 56 cases, including phimosis in 12 cases, 44 cases of redundant foreskin. Results: The operation was simple, safe, short time (6-10 minutes), automatic suture, less bleeding, neat and beautiful incision.
