新隐球菌败血症少见,现将作者1983年收入神经科的一例作一报道。患者女性、26岁,入院前13天出现发热、头痛、呕吐、项强,6天前卧床不起,双手麻木无力、3天前突然呼之不应,约10分钟后清醒,1天前突然双目失明急诊入神经科。检查:重病容,反应迟钝,内科(—),双目失明,无光感,眼底正常,右上眼脸下垂,双眼球固定,双侧瞳孔散大,为7mm,光反应消失,左侧鼻沟浅,左口角低垂,伸舌居中,肌力左侧肢体2级,右侧4级,双侧触觉、运动减退,痛觉正常,深、浅反射消
