莴笋过去主要是春季栽培和供应市场。秋季只有零星生产,而且产量很低,一般亩产只有1000公斤左右,为了做到秋冬季蔬菜品种多样化,解决秋笋产量低和生产中存在的问题,我站结合本项目课题,组织有关单位进行了秋莴笋高产栽培技术示范活动,通过多点的试验示范,总结了适宜近郊地区秋莴笋的高产栽培技术,亩产量由1000公斤提高到1500公斤以上,高产示范点的产量,高的可达3000多公斤。通过几年的试验、示范及生产实践证明,在适当的生产条件下,夺取秋莴笋高产需要采取以下几项技术措施:
