癫痫持续状态为临床上常见急症,需作紧急抢救。自1994～2000年,我院急诊科共治疗癫痫持续状态者23例,治疗效果满意,现报道如下。1 资料和方法1.1 一般资料本组23例病人中,男性 16例,女性 7例,年龄9～60岁,平均年龄26岁。既往有原发癫痫病史13例,多为突然停用或不规则服用抗癫痫药而诱发。其他10例中,外伤性颅内血肿3例,脑挫裂伤1例,脑血管意外3例,病毒性脑炎1例,糖尿病高渗性昏迷1例,脑胶质瘤1例。
Status epilepticus is a common clinical emergency, need emergency rescue. Since 1994 ~ 2000, our hospital emergency department co-treatment of status epilepticus in 23 cases, the treatment effect is satisfactory, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information The group of 23 patients, 16 males and 7 females, aged 9 to 60 years, mean age 26 years. Past history of 13 cases of primary epilepsy, mostly sudden withdrawal or irregular taking anti-epileptic drugs induced. The other 10 cases, traumatic intracranial hematoma in 3 cases, cerebral contusion in 1 case, 3 cases of cerebrovascular accident, viral encephalitis in 1 case, hypertonic diabetic coma in 1 case, 1 case of glioma.
