主任、各位副主任、各位委员:最近,根据《中华人民共和国预算法》和《广东省预算审批监督条例》的有关规定,市人大常委会财经工委会同市十三届人大计划预算审查委员会成员,在听取市审计局、财政局以及火炬开发区财政局等有关情况汇报的基础上,对市人民政府提交的《中山市2006年决算(草案)》、《关于中山市2006年决算(草案)的报告》和《关于2006年度中山市预算执行和其他财政收支情况的审计工作报告》进行了初审。现将审查情况报告如下:一、2006年我市一般预算收入664,477万
