在理想位相锁定情况下,能够从轴对称折叠-组合腔CO2激光器系统中获得高功率、相干性好的输出光束。但失调现象不可避免,本文分析了折叠腔凹面全反射镜的失调对位相锁定效果的影响,并给出相应的数值计算值。结论表明当初始失调角度在一个容许范围内,仍然有很好的位相锁定效果。并且输出光强分布也很集中,进一步扩大了CO2激光器的应用范围。
With ideal phase lock, a high-power, coherent output beam can be obtained from an axis-symmetric fold-combiner CO2 laser system. However, the imbalance phenomenon is unavoidable. In this paper, the influence of the misalignment of the concave total reflection mirror of the folding cavity on the phase locking effect is analyzed, and the corresponding numerical calculations are given. The conclusion shows that when the initial misalignment angle is within a permissible range, there is still a good phase locking effect. And the output light intensity distribution is also very concentrated, further expanding the CO2 laser range of applications.
