目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在子宫腺肌病患者的异位内膜和子宫内膜中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测COX-2在子宫腺肌病的子宫内膜、异位内膜和正常内膜中的表达,并对其差异进行分析。结果COX-2在子宫腺肌病异位内膜中的表达为(4.62±0.96)分(IHS评分,下同),子宫内膜中的表达为(4.59±0.77)分,与正常子宫内膜中的(3.55±1.28)分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);异位内膜与子宫内膜间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。异位内膜、子宫内膜组织及增殖期和分泌期组织间COX-2表达的差异亦无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论COX-2高表达可能与子宫腺肌病的发生、发展有关,并为子宫腺肌病的治疗提供新的靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in ectopic endometrium and endometrium of patients with adenomyosis and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 in endometrium, ectopic endometrium and normal endometrium of adenomyosis was detected by immunohistochemistry and the difference was analyzed. Results The expression of COX-2 in ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis was (4.62 ± 0.96) points (IHS score, the same below). The expression of COX-2 in endometrium was (4.59 ± 0.77) (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between ectopic endometrium and endometrium (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of COX-2 between ectopic endometrium, endometrium and proliferative and secretory tissues (all P> 0.05). Conclusion The high expression of COX-2 may be related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis and provide a new target for the treatment of adenomyosis.
