目的研究地方性斑疹伤寒临床特点。方法总结我们医院5年来地方性斑疹伤寒临床特点。进行系统性临床分析。结果地方性斑疹伤寒患者的临床表现为发热、头痛、皮疹及中枢神经系统症状,但地方性斑疹伤寒患者皮疹少,时间短,常伴有肝脏受损,呼吸道感染,易被忽视,应引起重视。结论临床上遇发热头痛伴肝功异常、呼吸道感染的患者,要想到地方性斑疹伤寒的可能,并且要动态复查外斐反应OX19,以及时确诊,必要时可行试验性治疗。 Objective To study the clinical features of endemic typhus. Methods To summarize the clinical features of endemic typhus in our hospital for five years. Systematic clinical analysis. Results The clinical manifestations of endemic typhus were fever, headache, rash and central nervous system symptoms. However, patients with endemic typhus had fewer rashes and short periods of time, often accompanied by liver damage and respiratory infections and were easily overlooked. Caused attention. Conclusions Patients with fever headache and abnormal liver function and respiratory tract infection in clinic may think of the possibility of endemic typhus and should review the OX19 reaction dynamically to confirm the diagnosis and test the treatment if necessary.
