随着素质教育的实施和新课程改革的推进,教师专业化问题日益凸显出来。实践证明,办好教育事业必须拥有一支高素质的教师队伍,教师的专业化水平直接影响着教育目的的实现。中小学教师专业化发展是影响基础教育质量的关键。在提高中小学教师专业化水平的过程中,取得了一定的成效,但也存在着许多亟待解决的问题。本文研究分析了中小学教师专业化的概念和专业化发展存在的问题,从而尝试探索具有科学性、针对性和可操作性的有效促进教师专业化发展
With the implementation of quality education and the advancement of new curriculum reform, the issue of teacher specialization has become increasingly prominent. Practice has proved that, to do a good job of education must have a high-quality teachers, the level of specialization of teachers directly affect the realization of the purpose of education. The professional development of primary and secondary school teachers is the key to the quality of basic education. In improving the professional level of primary and secondary teachers in the process, and achieved some results, but there are still many problems to be solved. This paper analyzes and analyzes the existing problems in the concept of professionalization of primary and secondary school teachers and the problems in their professional development so as to explore the scientific, pertinent and operable teaching to promote the professional development of teachers
