本文分为三个部份:第一部份扼要介绍了与计算机系统有关的系统工程学的基本概念,重点阐释了系统工程学的特点与方法论。第二部份叙述了系统工程与计算机的关系,从国内外电力系统应用电子计算机系统情况的对比中,论述及国内当前一般领域在研究、制造与应用计算机方面所存在的若干不符合系统观点的情况所产生的问题。第三部份应用了第一部份的观点与方法,更详细地叙述了对计算机系统研制与发展的系统工程步骤,及如何以系统工程观点来应用运行计算机系统。最后提出了在管理工作中,由计算机专业发展而来的系统工程师的职责,提出了应用系统工程观点把我国计算机系统提到新的水平以适应我国四个现代化的要求。
This article is divided into three parts: The first part briefly introduces the basic concepts of system engineering related to computer systems, and focuses on the characteristics and methodology of systems engineering.
