对某型核电常规岛给水泵流道入口流场部分建立三维模型,在ANSYS12.0平台上采用CFX模块数值计算。研究结果表明:原设计叶轮型线出口处速度分布较不均匀,提出采用改变叶轮过流段分布和调整叶轮过流部角度这两种方式提升流道入口水力性能,其中,采用调整过流段入口角度的方式进行优化设计在很大程度上可以提高出口处速度均匀性,从而提高泵体的整体水力性能。
A three-dimensional model of the flow field at the inlet of a typical nuclear feedwater pump was established, which was calculated by CFX module on ANSYS12.0 platform. The results show that the velocity distribution at the outlet of the original design impeller profile is not uniform, and the hydraulic performance of the inlet of the runner is improved by changing the distribution of the impeller overcurrent segment and adjusting the angle of the impeller overcurrent segment. In this paper, Inlet angle optimization of the design to a large extent can improve the speed uniformity at the exit, so as to improve the overall hydraulic performance of the pump body.
