重庆瑞安超高层项目深基坑锚拉桩设计优化与施工

在保证安全、经济、工期等多方面因素的前提下,充分考虑土层的力学指标和相关设计参数具有高度的不确定性和离散性,结合重庆瑞安超高层项目一期施工过程信息监测收集的岩土参数与原设计存在的差异以及锚索设置不够合理等情况,通过重新在二期基坑现场进行锚索抗拔试验和岩土体原位试验的手段,取得更符合现场实际条件的岩土参数,以此为基础对原基坑设计方案进行优化,经计算复核达到提高基坑理论安全性的目的。针对土层锚索中预应力损失过大的问题,主要与地质条件、施工水平、锚索夹片质量有关。因此可以从以下几个方面改善:在粉质黏土的锚固段中,应对清孔严格把关,保证注浆体与锚固段土体的摩阻力,以控制锚索锚固体与土的蠕变位移。在施工张拉中采用补偿张拉,以消除拉力分散型锚索因自由段长度不同而导致的应力分布不均匀。在设计计算中采用的支锚刚度不应根据规范中的标准公式计算,最好进行现场锚索张拉试验得出Q-S曲线得出,或者参考相邻工程的经验数据进行相关分析得出。若无相关经验或无条件进行现场试验时,还应根据锚固段地层的差异对理论计算结果进行修正。
