我们在长期的教育实践中体会到,人民教师在平凡的工作岗位上,为实现伟大的共产主义理想,有自觉献身的精神,是师德的根本。教育成果的潜在性和教育过程的周期性长的特点,反映在教师的劳动上长年累月、默默无闻地付出自己的全部精力和汗水,为四化建设“爱生育才”,甘当人梯是师德的集中表现。一、爱生是师德的核心“人非草木,熟能无情”? “爱”是人的一种积极的高尚的情感,它给人以温暖和动力。教师爱生是发自内心深处的一种崇高的道德情感,又是巨大的教育力量和重要的教育手段。教师只有爱学生,把教育活动建立在师生真挚感情的基础上,产生“心声”共鸣,才能产生通情而达理的实效,达到教育疏导的目的。
