针对压水堆核电厂核岛机械设备安装及在役过程中表面凹坑的测量方法,主要分析焊缝检验尺检验技术和拓膜检验技术在测量过程中误差的产生原因。通过蒸汽发生器管子管板焊缝凹坑测量实例,分别对这2种测量技术提出了测量不确定度的评定方法,分析不确定分量,计算二者的标准合成不确定度。计算结果表明:这2种测量技术的不确定度分量均来自于重复测量导致测量结果变化的随机不确定度分量和由于系统修正不完善引入的系统不确定度分量。
Aiming at the measurement method of the surface pits during the installation and in service of the nuclear island of PWR nuclear power plant, the causes of the error in the measurement process of the weld inspection ruler inspection technique and the extension membrane inspection technique are mainly analyzed. Through the steam generator tube tube plate weld pit measurement examples, respectively, these two kinds of measurement techniques to measure the uncertainty of measurement methods, analysis of uncertain components, the calculation of the two standard synthesis of uncertainty. The calculation results show that the uncertainty components of the two measurement techniques come from the random uncertainty component caused by the repeated measurement and the system uncertainty component introduced due to the imperfect system correction.
