目的:考察不同产地虎杖中虎杖苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法测定虎杖中虎杖苷的含量。色谱柱为Intertsil ODS C18柱;流动相为乙腈-水(28:72);检测波长303nm;流速1．0 ml·min-1。结果:线性范围0．219 2-1．97μg,r=0．999 9,加样回收率为97．7％,RSD为2．03％。结论:各地虎杖中虎杖苷含量差异较大。
Objective: To investigate the content of polydatin in Polygonum cuspidatum from different regions. Methods: The content of polydatin in Polygonum cuspidatum was determined by HPLC. The column was an Intertsil ODS C18 column; the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (28:72); the detection wavelength was 303 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. RESULTS: The linear range was 0.219 2-1.97 μg, r=0.999 9, the recovery of the addition was 97.7%, and the RSD was 2.03%. Conclusion: The content of polydatin in Polygonum cuspidatum varies greatly.
