作者收集了1990年9月到1996年6月间,罗彻斯特的梅尔医院用Leksell γ-刀治疗的95例颅底脑膜瘤病例,其中88例接受至少一年的“明尼苏达完全随访”。平均随访期是35个月(12～83个月)。其中病理组织表现为恶性或非典型性增生的脑膜瘤未在本文中进行分析。患者平均年龄56.3岁(20～83岁)。女66例,男22例,其中49例曾经手术病理证实为脑膜瘤,其余39例根据影像学特征和临床表现诊断。其中4例曾经分次外照射(照射剂量15～59Gy),1例经瘤囊腔内~(32)P照射,通过MR和CT测量肿瘤体积。治疗后,患者分别在6个月后、1年后,以后每年进行一次影像学和临床检查。
The authors collected 95 cases of skull base meningiomas treated with Leksell γ-knife at Meers Hospital, Rochester, from September 1990 to June 1996, of whom 88 received at least one year’s “Minnesota Complete Follow-up” . The average follow-up period was 35 months (12 to 83 months). Meningiomas in which pathological tissue is manifested as malignant or atypical hyperplasia are not analyzed in this article. The average age of patients 56.3 years (20 to 83 years old). There were 66 females and 22 males, of which 49 cases had meningioma confirmed by surgery and pathology, and the remaining 39 cases were diagnosed according to the imaging features and clinical manifestations. Among them, 4 cases were irradiated by external irradiation (irradiation dose 15 ~ 59Gy), and 1 case was irradiated by ~ (32) P in the tumor cavity. The tumor volume was measured by MR and CT. After treatment, patients were in 6 months, 1 year later, an annual imaging and clinical examination.
