Objective: To study the effect and molecular mechanism of Aoshaen Injection(ASEI) on inflammatory infiltration in myocardial ischemia-reperfu-sion injury. Methods: Canine myocardial ischemia/ reperfusion model was made by left decending corornary artery ligation and reperfusion to observe the protective effect of ASEI in different phases. Results: ASEI restrained the augment of sinus cor-onaries blood leukocytes of different phases and decreased interlukin-1 (IL-1), interlukin-6 (IL-6 ) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a) evidently. However, no significant change of interlukin-8 was detected. ASEI obviously inhibited the inflammatory coefficient 30 min, 120 min, 180 min and 240 min after modeling, and reduced the infarcted area,
Objective: To study the effect and molecular mechanism of Aoshaen Injection(ASEI) on inflammatory infiltration in myocardial ischemia-reperfus-sion injury. Methods: Canine’s myocardial ischemia/reperfusion model was made by left decending corornary artery ligation and reperfusion to observe the protective effect Of ASEI in different phases. Results: ASEI restrained the augment of sinus cor-onaries blood leukocytes of different phases and decline interlukin-1 (IL-1), interlukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF- a) evidently. However, no significant change of interlukin-8 was detected. ASEI slightly inhibited the inflammatory coefficient 30 min, 120 min, 180 min and 240 min after modeling, and reduced the infarcted area,
