经四川省计划委员会批准,由四川省冶金局、四川省科技局、四川省机械局主持,于一九七二年三月二十九日至四月四日在四川德阳召开了“无镍铬低温钢锰17铝2铜钒低温爆破会议”。参加会议的有来自全国各地的四十六个单位一百二十七名代表。召开这次会议的目的是为了考核锰17铝2铜钒在低温下的综合性能;请各单位提供宝贵意见,交流经验;组织生产、使用、科研单位“三结合”,尽快进行工业性试验。
