一、打桩在打桩作业中,过去一直沿用上海工程机械厂制造的D_1-1800型打桩机。该机机架高17.5米,重14吨。现场移动困难,而且浪费很多时间。为了提高工作效率,降低劳动强度,我们制造了一个新的打桩架,配合原机使用(图1)。改装后,打桩架高22米,比原来的机架高4.5米,提高了打长桩的能力。打桩架的四根主弦杆为100×100 x10的角钢。横撑与斜撑用65×65×6角钢。为了增加强度和适应焊接滑道的需要,打桩架前后两面需加8号槽钢。D_1-1800型柴油锤滑道用18号低合金槽钢,滑道与打桩架焊接。打桩架包括4节标准节和1节底座。底座高1米(其作用是立起桩架后,
First, piling In the piling operation, the D_1-1800 pile driver made by the Shanghai Engineering Machinery Plant has been used in the past. The machine frame is 17.5 meters high and weighs 14 tons. It is difficult to move on site and it wastes a lot of time. In order to increase work efficiency and reduce labor intensity, we created a new piling frame for use with the original machine (Figure 1). After refitting, the piling frame was 22 meters high, 4.5 meters higher than the original frame, which improved the ability to play long piles. The four main chords of the piling frame are 100 x 100 x 10 angles. The struts and braces use 65 x 65 x 6 angles. In order to increase the strength and adapt to the needs of the welding chute, No. 8 channel steel is required on both sides of the pile frame.
