目的 :分析多层螺旋CT检查喉癌的临床价值,以找出喉癌的最佳检查方法。方法 :选择我院2011年1月到2015年1月收治的48例喉癌患者作为研究对象,采用盲法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组24例,观察组采用多层螺旋CT影像学检查方法进行检查,对照组采用喉镜进行检查,然后将检查结果与病理结果进行对比,从而分析分析喉癌的CT诊断的临床价值。结果 :在本次研究中,观察组正确诊断的声门上型癌患者有10例,声门型癌的有患者8例,声门下型癌的患者有5例,正确诊断率为95.8%;对照组的正确诊断的声门上型癌患者有8例,声门型癌的有患者7例,声门下型癌的患者有5例,正确诊断率为83.3%,观察组的诊断正确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :在喉癌影像学检查方面,虽然这两种检查方法具有各自的优点,但是与喉镜相比,在肿瘤的形态大小、侵犯程度以及淋巴结转移方面,多层螺旋CT能够为临床治疗提供更清楚地信息,值得我们在临床上的借鉴与推广。
Objective : To analyze the clinical value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma so as to find out the best method for the detection of laryngeal cancer. METHODS: A total of 48 patients with laryngeal cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2015 were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group. Each group consisted of 24 patients. The observation group used multi-slice spiral CT images. The examination method was examined. The control group was examined with a laryngoscope. The examination results were then compared with the pathological findings to analyze the clinical value of CT diagnosis of laryngeal cancer. Results: In this study, there were 10 patients with supraglottic carcinoma correctly diagnosed in the observation group, 8 patients with glottic cancer, and 5 patients with subglottic cancer. The correct diagnosis rate was 95.8%. In the control group, there were 8 cases of correctly diagnosed supraglottic carcinoma, 7 cases of glottic carcinoma, and 5 cases of subglottic carcinoma. The correct diagnosis rate was 83.3%. The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was significant. Higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In terms of laryngeal cancer imaging, although these two methods have their own advantages, compared with laryngoscopy, multi-slice spiral CT can provide clinical treatment in terms of tumor size, invasion and lymph node metastasis. Clearer information is worth our reference and promotion in clinical practice.
