50吨铸件退火炉改造前存在三大问题:第一、烟囱冒黑烟严重,排放烟尘790mg/m~3[标],严重污染环境;第二、炉内温差在100℃左右,影响铸铁件退火质量;第三、对煤质要求较高,能耗大。针对上述问题,对退火炉进行了技术改造。一、往复推媒机燃烧情况烟尘是燃料在燃烧过程中的产物。燃烧充分与否,不但对消烟除尘有直接影响,而且对降低消耗,节约能源关系密切。
