和谐社会是一种有层次的和谐,教师与学生构成了课堂这个“小社会”能否和谐的主体。它包括和谐的师生关系、生生关系,和谐教学情境的创设,和谐的课堂教学,学生身心发展的和谐,人文与自然的和谐等方面。和谐的课堂源于和谐的师生关系,教师应充满爱心、耐心和信心,创设和谐的教学氛围。课堂偶发事件是引起师生关系不和谐的重要因素。
A harmonious society is a kind of harmony at different levels. Teachers and students constitute the main body of the “small society” in the classroom. It includes the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between students and students, the establishment of harmonious teaching situations, harmonious classroom teaching, the harmonious development of students’ mind and body, the harmony of humanities and nature. Harmonious classroom stems from the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, teachers should be full of love, patience and confidence, and create a harmonious teaching atmosphere. Class incident is an important factor in discord between teachers and students.
